How it works

  1. Start the recording from the browser (PWA) — one or two devices, your choice.
  2. Audio is transcribed in real time via faster-whisper.
  3. LocalAI structures the transcript — complaints, symptoms, assessment, recommendation.
  4. The client profile updates automatically, linked to past sessions.
  5. KDPR-compliant consent and deletion flow — clients can wipe their record.

Built first for herbalism

The first release is tailored to herbalism — plant recommendations, client history sensitivities, dose and duration tracking. Templates for other disciplines (counseling, nutrition, coaching) are on the way.

Privacy and security

  • Audio is processed at the waveform level inside our cluster. No external APIs.
  • No recording without explicit consent.
  • On a deletion request, all audio, transcript, and derived data is permanently removed (retention job).
  • Recordings live in a separate MinIO bucket with bucket-level encryption.

Why voice

Note-taking splits your attention. It pulls you out of presence with the client. Voice capture + structured after-the-fact summary preserves the natural flow of the session.
