QuickReply

An AI assistant that replies to your WhatsApp and Telegram groups in your own voice.

Built for

  • Customer support teams
  • Service businesses
  • Consulting offices
  • Solo operators

What it solves

  • Missing messages that arrive at odd hours
  • Answering the same question in different wordings over and over
  • Replying to the wrong message, notification overload
  • Hard to hand off to an assistant with a fixed reply list

How it works

  1. QuickReply connects to your WhatsApp and Telegram groups and listens to messages.
  2. It classifies intent — question, order, appointment, irrelevant.
  3. It drafts a reply by learning from your past answers (few-shot).
  4. The draft goes to admin approval — you accept, edit, or reject with one tap.
  5. Over time intervention decreases and the system handles most messages on its own.

QuickReply is built for solo operators and small service teams. It removes the friction between you and your customers: no missed messages, no repeating the same answer, no lost context.

Why it matters

For a small business, message traffic is unpredictable — quiet one day, forty messages the next. Every reply takes minutes. Delegating to an assistant means training, standard scripts, and review — which eats a large share of your time.

QuickReply learns from your real answers. It isn't a generic chatbot — it behaves like a digital assistant that picks up your tone. You approve every draft in the first days; within a month the system handles most messages on its own.

Security and control

  • All messages are processed inside our own cluster — no third-party LLM calls.
  • Admin approval flow: the draft always goes out after your confirmation (fully automatic mode available on request).
  • Every reply logs the source message, the draft, and your edit — the whole chain is auditable.
